The delivery of your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking. Whatever the choice of shipment made, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Management fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. The package will be shipped at your own risk, but particular attention is paid to the protection of fragile objects.

The boxes are of adequate size and your items are well protected.

All products purchased on are shipped by Tortora Bikes based in Via dei Campi, 9 - 84035 Polla (SA).

N.B. The count of delivery times does not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other special events such as the absence of the recipient, a place of delivery difficult to reach and other problems attributable directly to the courier and not dependent on

In case of absence of the recipient, you will be contacted by telephone (at the address provided during the purchase) by the courier to establish a useful date for the delivery of the package.

When the courier makes the delivery, the customer must check:

• that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package

• that the personalized adhesive tape is intact and not tampered with

• that the number of packages indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered

Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.

If upon receipt of the goods the package is damaged or tampered with, you must:

• express a reservation: the package is accepted but before signing the document, the customer must write "I accept with reserve rights because the package has the following anomaly ..... (describe the damage that is observed on the package)". It will be possible once the package has been opened and any damage found, to be compensated for the damage suffered.

• express to the carrier the unacceptability of the package for tampering: refuse the package for tampered with neck.

If the customer does not carry out these operations, considers the package regularly delivered.
